I can’t get enough of nice cream! And there are so may ways and flavors of nice cream. They are healthy, yummy, refreshing and so easy and simple made. There is nothing else to say! 😉 Today a strawberry/raspberry nice cream with a little bit of vervain. And as all of may nice creams you can eat this one unfrozen as a delicious strawberry/raspberry pudding. Macaron Temptation

Who does not love macarons! Even if they are very sugary and not the healthiest option, sometimes they are just the best that can happen. And I really love to make them. Its process comes close to meditation. Macarons takes its time but it is worthwhile! I mean look at them, they are so gorgeous and a perfect small gift! This time I made four different flavors: Vanilla-Baileys, strawberry, pistachio and chocolate-espresso. The first three are filled with butter cream and the chocolate ones with chocolate ganache. When you make macarons it is very imported to you work exact to get a good result. So never overheat the sugar. Its perfect temperature is at 115 degrees celsius. And the dough should be fluffy with a perfect consistency: kind of liquid but not too liquid. But even if your macarons do not look perfekt they going to take great anyway! Açai Smoothie Bowl

I just acquire a taste for smoothie bowls. This won’t be the last post about smoothie bowls, promised! What is better than a creamy fruity and healthy breakfast? Just the energy boost you need in the morning. You can almost combine everything respectively what ever you have at home: Fruits, nuts, greens, superfoods… Today I’m going for a açai smoothie bowl. Açai is super healthy and you can buy it as a freeze-dried powder. So whenever you are in the mood for some açai you have some and you don’t have to worry about the storage life. To get the smoothie bowl creamy I use bananas oder chia seeds or both of it. Maca powder thickens the smoothie as well a little bit.
