Matcha Avocado Pancakes

These fluffy pancakes are so delicious and super healthy with lots of superfoods. A perfect start in the day. It is a great way to use override avocados. Combined with the matcha powder it’s a great energy boost!  Ingredients pancakes: avocado, matcha, egg, raw milk, honey, vanilla beans, buckwheat flour, baking powder. Fry the pancakes with some ghee on medium heat.Ingredients pancakes: avocado, Ingredients yoghurt creame: (selfmade) plain yoghurt without sweetener, raw raspberry jam*, tonka bean. Ingredients topping: strawberries, raspberries, pomegranate seeds, raw raspberry jam*, roasted almond slivers, roasted pecan. *smash some fresh or defrosted raspberries and sweeten it a little bit if necessary with honey, add some chia seeds and let it thicken slightly. Now you’ve got the most delicious and super healthy raw beery jam you’ve ever eaten!
