A superfood breakfast gives you everything you need. I am actually not really a fan of green smoothies, but this matcha kale smoothie bowl is much more than just healthy. It has a perfect fresh and light sweet taste. See for oneself! All the green veggies are superfoods because of the big amount of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll defends, nurtures, vitalizes and cures. Who doesn’t love chocolate? When I found this great matcha chocolate recipe from Fitness and Food I couldn’t resist! Life is just so much better with chocolate, right? And the best: this chocolate is not even a sin. It’s made of good and more or less just healthy ingredients. I was so excited about the matcha one, so I created two other chocolate versions: raspberry and brown chocolate. With the individual topping the chocolates gets really special and super tasty. So give it a try! Ingredients: cacao butter and almond butter (same amount), agave syrup, vanilla, taste like raspberry powder, cacao powder or matcha. Topping: cacao nips, chopped almonds, dried berries, dried flowers, chia… what ever you like!

Matcha Avocado Pancakes

These fluffy pancakes are so delicious and super healthy with lots of superfoods. A perfect start in the day. It is a great way to use override avocados. Combined with the matcha powder it’s a great energy boost!  Ingredients pancakes: avocado, matcha, egg, raw milk, honey, vanilla beans, buckwheat flour, baking powder. Fry the pancakes with some ghee on medium heat.Ingredients pancakes: avocado, Ingredients yoghurt creame: (selfmade) plain yoghurt without sweetener, raw raspberry jam*, tonka bean. Ingredients topping: strawberries, raspberries, pomegranate seeds, raw raspberry jam*, roasted almond slivers, roasted pecan. *smash some fresh or defrosted raspberries and sweeten it a little bit if necessary with honey, add some chia seeds and let it thicken slightly. Now you’ve got the most delicious and super healthy raw beery jam you’ve ever eaten!
