As a kid I ate a lot of chocolate spread. There is a very famous one from Germany called Nutella. But all the chocolate spreads have a lot of bad ingredients. So I had to find a way to get a delicious and healthy homemade chocolate spread. And here we are! I use it for almost everything: on bread, on pancakes, with porridge, as ice cream topping, for cakes or as cup cake frosting. Use it were ever you like! And it is very easy and simple made. I don’t eat a lot of bread. So usually if I buy some, I alwasy have leftover. So what to do with it when its already little bit hard? Mostly my old bread ends up as Frech Toast. But today, inspired from my last trip to spain, I made delicious tomato bread Tapa. So easy and so good! Ingredients: Leftover bread toasted in a toaster or frying pan, garlic, olive oil, small chubed cherry tomatoes, some italian parsley and iberico ham.
