Today I’m going for a açai smoothie bowl. Açai is super healthy and you can buy it as a freeze-dried powder. So whenever you are in the mood for some açai you have some and you don’t have to worry about the storage life.
To get the smoothie bowl creamy I use bananas oder chia seeds or both of it. Maca powder thickens the smoothie as well a little bit.
Smoothie Bowl: Açai powder freez-dried, almond milk, banana, blueberry, vanilla.
Topping: Strawberry, pistachio, vanilla, cacao nips
