Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So I love to eat well for a good start in the day. This breakfast Cup is a nice spelt cream with plain yoghurt, raw raspberry chia marmalade and fresh fruits. The combination of carbohydrates and proteins helps for a long saturation. And it’s so tasy and healthy!
