Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So I love to eat well for a good start in the day. This breakfast Cup is a nice spelt cream with plain yoghurt, raw raspberry chia marmalade and fresh fruits. The combination of carbohydrates and proteins helps for a long saturation. And it’s so tasy and healthy! By the way, the raw raspberry chia marmalade you will find soon on the blog! Ingredients: Shredded spelt creamy cooked with raw milk and some honey and vanilla. I don’t eat a lot of bread. So usually if I buy some, I alwasy have leftover. So what to do with it when its already little bit hard? Mostly my old bread ends up as Frech Toast. But today, inspired from my last trip to spain, I made delicious tomato bread Tapa. So easy and so good! Ingredients: Leftover bread toasted in a toaster or frying pan, garlic, olive oil, small chubed cherry tomatoes, some italian parsley and iberico ham.
Sometimes I get hungry again some hours after dinner. So I love to eat a light late night snack. Tonight it was a tasty orange salad with a crunchy toping. It’s great to have something crunchy combined with the soft and so juicy oranges. And the best: it’s an easy snack ready in an instant. And an extra vitamin c kick is always a good thing, especially during winter time. Ingredients: Sliced oranges. With honey caramelized almond slices and rolled oat. And some vanilla.
There is nothing better than a deliciouse and healthy lunch bowl ready in just a few minutes. Ingredients: Beluga lentil, raw flower sprout, steamed string beans, raspberrys, pinch of sea salt, avocado oil and littele bit of lemon juice.
